What you need is an experienced mortage loan officer.
(That's on comission!) They will make sure everything goes off without a hitch because they don't get paid unless the deal goes through. As far as being legal you have to go through closing with attorney's. A good Loan officer will do the things a realtor would but not charge you 6% of the sale.What are the laws in KY.
