Find out what your home is worth and do this by researching what houses similar to yours have been selling for over the past three to six months. Then compare your home to them and fix the price accordingly. You may want to be on the high side, knowing that you can take less, and remember you will get a lot or Realtors calling you and you tell them you will be glad to pay them a selling commission or three percent and will accept their buyer if the price is right. In this manner you will have the right to sell the house yourself and have the realtors working for you as well.
