Enter the property address at the Tax Assessor's Office website. You will find the name. Take that name to the County Recorders website to read the actual deed..... to see if there are more names than are printed out at the assessor's site.

If the title is in the name of a corporation, take the name to the State Corporation website. The corporation is required to list at least one person with their contact information.

Check to see if the local registrar of deeds has a website. Or the city/town where you live may have assessor's records on their site.
